Just as making your bed gets you off to a good start and comfy end each day, there are certain things sales teams need to do in WeSuite to ensure great sales days.  Envision WeSuite tools as your team’s day planner, sales organizer, virtual assistant, and sales estimating rock star. This session is all about helping users take action to stay on top of sales activities at various stages of the sales process, to help close deals faster and work efficiently.  After attending this session, you will be able to:
  • Introduce a “back to the basics” approach for capturing essential sales data
  • Help your team automate and prioritize their daily “to do” list
  • Define three things your team can do daily to improve their sales game

A common wish many companies express is for accurate sales reporting. Many WeSuite features make it easy to record important information, update sales data on the fly, and help salespeople to be prepared for next steps. A defined sales process sets internal expectations for maintaining data that enables salespeople, sales leaders and company executives to easily view their sales world.  After attending this session, you will be able to:

Sales tax calculations during the sales process are often viewed as high risk and a “headache” – by both salespeople and management.  Incorrect tax calculations can be costly to the organization.  This session reviews a variety of features available in WeEstimate to best help your team in quoting estimated taxes on sales correctly. We will cover uses of “simple” tax features and functionality included in WeEstimate, the Advanced Tax Module and the new Location Tax Module. After attending this session, you will:
  • Understand functionality of “simple” tax tab and calculations in WeEstimate
  • Identify examples that support the use of the Advanced Tax Module
  • Consider use cases for the Location Tax Module 
  • Connect the dots from tax calculations in estimates to inclusion of taxes on document output

WeSuite will provide an update from the Development laboratory!  What we’re working on, process and procedures in place to continually improve quality output, and the WeSuite focus for the next 6-8 months.  After attending this session, you will be:
