Absolutely! You will be assigned an awesome Project Manager and Project Assistant dedicated to deploying your company’s WeSuite configuration. They’ll guide you through the entire process, step-by-step.

Yes. WeSuite integrates with [many other business solutions]. If your WeSuite system will be interacting with one of them, we’ll help you get that up and running. WeSuite is a Pro at custom integration with ERP solutions.

That depends on you, but the typical deployment averages 45-90 days. A lot depends on how you want it set up. We’ll work with you until your workflow is just how you want it.

Plenty! WeSuite offers a free [Academy] that is perfect for onboarding new users. The Academy consists of short, subject-focused instructional videos. Users have individual log-ins that track their progress as they make their way through the curriculum. WeSuite also provides free monthly [webinar] training for both Sales Users and System Administrators. This is a great opportunity to receive live instruction, get answers from WeSuite experts and hear other user questions. Plus, our WeSuite [Knowledgebase] is available to you 24/7 via our Support Site.

WeSuite users are typically those employees who are involved in the sales process, including but not limited to Sales Assistants, Sales Administrators, Salespeople, Sales Management, and Executive Management. You can add and reduce licenses as needed.

Users have the ability submit supports tickets 24/7. Live support is handled from our White Plains, NY, headquarters and is available over the phone or email during the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time.

Of course! WeSuite is both scalable and flexible. We understand that your needs will evolve over time. We’re here for you as your workflow changes and your business grows.

Give us your credit card and we’ll take care of the rest. WeSuite is a named-user subscription license. There is no money down for the software. Deployment of WeSuite will be a one-time investment of professional services time, configuration, on-site visits and training.

Sorry, no can do. Because each WeSuite customer uses a software configuration that’s unique for their needs, there’s no way to provide a free trial. However, we’re happy to help you discover what your configuration would look like.
