What type of training is provided for me and my team?

You want training? We got training. Aside from the WeSuite Knowledgebase via our Support site, WeSuite has a free Academy that is perfect for Onboarding new Users. The Academy consists of short, subject focused instructional videos. Users have individual log ins which tracks User progress throughout the Academy. WeSuite also provides free monthly webinar training for both Sales Users and System Admins. This is a great opportunity to receive live instruction, get answers from WeSuite experts and hear other User questions.

How do I know how many Users I will have?

WeSuite Users will typically be employees involved in the sales process, including but not limited to Sales Assistants, Sales Administrators, Sales People, Sales Management and Executive Management.

Is there 24/7 support?

Users have the ability to submit support tickets 24/7.  Live Support is available over the phone or email from 8:00AM EST until 6:00PM EST from our headquarters in White Plains, NY.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Of course! Your configuration is not set in stone. In fact, WeSuite is highly scalable and is here for you as your workflow changes and business grows.

How is WeSuite billed?

Give us your credit card, we’ll take care of the rest. WeSuite is a monthly named User subscription license. There is no money down for the software. Deployment of WeSuite will be a one time investment of professional services time, configuration, on-site visits and training.
