Lead Management enables sales team member to record and manage their own leads and opportunities and work on leads passed to them by other. WeOpportunity is scalable to suit small, medium and large companies with single or multiple locations. Pipeline, account history, market, source, customer, location, status, lead-to-sold and many other data points are captured and available by region, office and sales person at the Universal Report Grid. Integration with Outlook enables the import and export of vcards and appointments to the Outlook calendar. To create estimates and proposals, change the opportunity status to request for quote and a new project is created in WeEstimate, ready for quoting.

WeOpportunity Features:
Lead Center – Designed for inside sales or non-sales team members to record lead information, schedule appointments and pass leads to an office, a group, for further review and distribution, or an individual sales person.
Marketing Dashboard – this Dashboard keeps statistics for Lead Center representatives tracking leads taken during specific time frames, the status of those Leads, summary and detailed views and totals for the Lead Center team.
Lead Management – Designed for sales team members to build their pipeline by recording new Leads and Opportunities, manage existing opportunities, set and complete company specific and other sales tasks, schedule appointments and set goals and priorities targeting a “request for quote” stage to move into WeEstimate for quote, proposal, sales forecasting and winning their jobs.
Global Calendar – Global Calendar integrates with Outlook so that you can view scheduled appointments set by your lead management team for the sales staff. As a sales staff manager you can view the appointment schedules of your entire staff. An individual sales member will have access to their individual calendars.
Universal Report Grid – This reporting tool is incredibly powerful in providing you with a 360 ͦ view of leads as they come in, how they are distributed, their progress on the pipeline, their potential value and if the lead has turned to an RFP. See opportunities at your fingertips by customer, sales person, market, city, state, budget, start date, last change date, sales status, lead source, date ranges and more.
My Settings – From the My Settings tab you have the option to tailor the look and feel of the application to lend some flexibility to each user. You can determine how you change settings on the folder display, loading the dashboard, setting up tasks to Outook and the theme.
Remote User Enabled – So your business has expanded and your call center is located at one office and your sales staff in another. It’s no problem. All WeSuite products can be accessed remotely. From your office, from home or on the road.
