Automated Approvals: Enables the creation of pre-sales and post-sales approval systems for use when sales dollar amount, gross profit or other thresholds are broken, or per user type. Includes standard and hierarchy systems, can be set for specific regions, offices and users. Includes options for second tier approvals, for example, when needing to discount to a specific gross profit threshold user A & B are required for approval, if GP is below “X”, then user C is also required for approval.
Chargeable Items: user defined cost items for non-inventory parts/product to be included as cost on jobs. Examples may include: travel, construction or rental equipment, bonds, additional insurance items, subcontract labor. Items can include set costs, burden percentage, profit margin and can be defined as reimbursable, pass through, taxable, etc.
Recurring Monthly Revenue “RMR” Module: this power module is a revenue generator that allows definition of and calculation of RMR/RAR (recurring annual revenue) items as direct charges, percentage of equipment cost or sell, total system cost or sell, or the hours of a labor category cost or sell. Product and service offerings are easily priced and provided on your proposals and contract documents for acceptance by your customers.
Finance Lease, Rate Creation Multiple Module: This module enables the setup of traditional leases, company owned leases and the definition of Rate Creation Multiples allowing additional pricing options to be included with an outright sale to your customers.
Fixed Contract Pricing Module: this module enables the definition of fixed price contracts such as: GSA, state or local government, and corporate fixed price contracts for easy selection by sales people when starting an estimate. Product pricing, labor rates, freight, warranty and burden rates are predefined per contract to insure proper pricing is provided to your customers. Proposal documents can also be customized to show pricing and language as required by your customers.
Contract Document Module: in addition to proposal documents, you can now include generation of one or multiple contract documents, Master Agreements and Riders at the Document screen in WeEstimate. Contract documents can include pricing and billing options, an additional scope of work, a schedule of equipment, product and service offerings being covered, the proposal number, pricing in written words, as dollar amounts, additional contract clauses, etc. Contracts can be included with the email of a proposal, separately, or printed and provided in person to your customers. WeEstimate tracks sent contracts to each customer.
Test & Inspection Module: this module enables definition and pricing of test and inspection items and services. Sales people select the required items for each quote and the system automatically calculates pricing for presentation to your customers.
Commission Management System: this module is money! Commission plans are built based on rules that can include various job types, sales types, markets, RMR items and set up on an assortment of pricing criteria, per job, per time from, per volume. Payment rules are configured to work with rule sets. Payments can be specific amounts, sliding scale amounts based on profit percentages and can be set for groups and specific to individuals. This module includes settings for manager overrides and overrides that can be set for national account managers for specified accounts. A commission universal report grid is included. Additional commission reports can be customized to suit your needs.
Quickbooks Integration Module: this integration module enables direct search on existing customers, site and billing information, parts, job cost items in QuickBooks for selection and inclusion on new estimates within WeEstimate. When jobs are “won” in WeEstimate, use the built-in accounting import tool to move the job into QuickBooks automatically, including the proposal number, customer, site and billing information, bill of materials, labor items and chargeable items. Automating job imports to your accounting system provides an immediate and ongoing return on investment.
SedonaOffice Integration Module: this integration module enables direct search on existing customers, site and billing information, parts, job cost items and RMR items in SedonaOffice for selection and inclusion on new estimates within WeEstimate. When jobs are “won” in WeEstimate, use the built-in accounting import tool to move the job into SedonaOffice automatically, including the proposal number, customer, site and billing information, bill of materials, labor items, chargeable items, RMR items, notes and the commission total.
