What are the hardware requirements when we host our system in house?

WeOpportunity requires a webserver, which can be a part of the same server used for WeEstimate.  WeEstimate deploys on a regular server.  Our technical staff is more than happy to review minimum recommended server requirements and other questions for your deployment.

How do we work with the applications remotely?

The same way your Users would access other applications you currently host remotely.  Remote connectivity may include VPN, Citrix or your company’s website.

What is the system database?

Both WeOpportunity and WeEstimate use SQL database.  Please click on our SQL minimum requirements document for more information.

Can WeSuite host the application for me?

Yes, please let us know if you are interested in this service.

How do licenses work?

WeSuite applications are licensed per named user seat.  WeOpportunity can go from one to unlimited User seats.  You pay for the number of Users needed.  WeEstimate comes in three flavors: Small Business with 3, 5 or 8 user Seats and no upfront cost for software use; Professional with 10, 15, 20, 30, or 40 User seats and our Enterprise version provides unlimited User seats.

Does WeSuite help with deployment and system configuration?

Yes, our pricing of your system includes deployment services.  We provide expert assistance to get up and running quickly and easily so that you start to realize your return on investment very quickly.

Can WeSuite deploy our system remotely?

Yes.  We provide both remote and on-site deployment services and will work out the plan that’s best for you. Will I be able to import customer information and sales leads from my current systems?  Yes.  We can take a look at existing database information and work with you to import existing customer information from other applications.

Does WeSuite provide ongoing training?

Yes, WeSuite can provide training specific to your User base either as scheduled webinars or on-site.

How do we get our existing parts and products into WeEstimate?

WeEstimate includes a terrific parts import tool enabling you to easily import existing parts and products into the database and update the database at any time.  You can even create templates for various manufacturers that can be re-used any time you need to update parts pricing.

Can WeEstimate read parts and products from other applications such as my accounting system?

Yes.  Depending on the system you are using, we may already have an integration module.  WeEstimate is a SQL database.  If your current application is SQL, reading parts/products and existing customer information may be pretty easy.  Just give us a call and let’s talk about it.

Can we add “Add-On” modules after initial deployment?

Sure, just give us a call and let us know what you’re interested in.  We’ll help with review of features and functionality, pricing and getting you going.

What support & maintenance services are included?

WeSuite provides ongoing support and software maintenance in the annual SLM (software license & maintenance) fee charged monthly or quarterly.  The SLM includes software upgrades – which include new features and functionality and technical support.

Are there pricing plans available to suit my company’s budget?

WeSuite provides flexible pricing plans so that you can plan the best way to handle your capital and operations budgets.  WeOpportunity has no upfront software cost and is simply a fee based on the number of users per month.  WeEstimate can be priced to include cost upfront for the software, or be priced as an annual fee divided by monthly payments, that include some money down or a no money down option.

Does WeSuite accept credit card payments?

Yes, we can easily set up automatic credit card or bank payments to eliminate additional paperwork and keep things running smoothly.

How do I upgrade my current license to include more Users?

Just give us a call and we’ll help with a “step up” license and turn on additional seat licenses for your use. If someone leaves my company or is no longer a User on the system, do we get to use that seat for a new User?  Yes.  You simply “deactivate” that User and can add another.  It’s also easy to distribute that User’s work to others as needed.

Does WeEstimate integrate with any accounting or ERP systems?

Yes.  WeEstimate can be integrated with any SQL database applications.  Currently available are integration modules for QuickBooks and SedonaOffice.  We are also working on integration with other applications such as Microsoft GP…for more information, just ask!
