Project Manager / Software Deployment | Apply

Rapidly growing Software Development company requires a positive, proactive individual with a minimum of two years experiencing working in a business to business company. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with public speaking, and have a strong knowledge in IT/Software.

Primary responsibilities:

Supporting multiple deployment projects around North America which could include daily customer interface, consult with clients/configure business software, diagnose/document customer issues, coordinate with client IT personnel and work to resolve issues quickly and effectively through internal engineering and product knowledge.

Remote and on-site Deployments.

Skills & experience required:

Positive personality; ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously; ability to analyze and solve problems.

Also helpful is the ability to converse with client IT personnel and any familiarity with databases. Comfortable with all levels of customer contact which could include Sales Directors, CEOs' and presidents of client companies.

Quality Assurance, Tester | Apply

Build test scenarios using Business Rules provided. Building automated tests to exercise our Web, Mobile, and Desktop Applications. Work with the development and Project Managers to test - Analyze and decompose software system and design a strategy to test these systems- Research new emerging tools and enhance current test procedures

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with development team to develop thorough test plan and test cases, based on business rules.

- Perform manual UI testing and run regression tests suite

- Analyze test failures and create bug reports with detailed reproducible steps

- Develop high quality automation tests and scripts using company standards and 3rd party test creation software

Key Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in QA testing (a plus)

- Good understanding of how web services work

- Experience testing web services

- High understanding of business process and operational functions

- BS degree in Computer Science or related field

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

As a Software Sales Rep. you will work at achieving sales revenue goals by developing new leads, opportunities and accounts by selling WeSuite products and services.  Your aim will be to generate new software sales and recurring revenue.  You will also be responsible for Client Account Management and for further development of current Client relationships by proactively working with our team members and promoting our core values.

Responsibilities for this role include acting as a liaison between development and other teams, and interfacing directly with customers to clearly understand, clarify and resolve issues they are reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent people skills, enjoy researching issues and taking initiative, be a team player, and love working with customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and prioritize day-to-day support workload
